Shipping policy

Free shipping to the US & Canada

Every order ships free to the United States and Canada. We don't currently ship to other countries.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Delivery time

• United States: 2–4 business days after your order ships
• Canada: 4–6 business days after your order ships

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes on Canadian orders

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as GST/HST) and carrier brokerage fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. The carrier usually collects them at delivery. If a delivery is refused because of these charges, please see our Refund Policy.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can only correct an address before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us with your order number. We'll investigate and send a replacement or issue a refund.
